We’re looking for an experienced, driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and elevate our team, our guests’ experience, and our results. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and takes pride in running a tight, high-performing operation.

What You'll Do:

As the Buoy Bowls OIB General Manager, you’ll have full ownership of café operations and performance, including:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a positive, accountable, high-performing team
  • Driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Upholding and representing the Buoy Bowls brand, culture, and community presence
  • Managing schedules, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Owning full P&L responsibility with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
  • Setting the standard for cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of food & beverage management experience
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistently excellent customer service
  • Strong computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling tools
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends
  • A calm, confident leader who leads from the front and holds standards

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:
