What You'll Do:
As a Buoy Bowls Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest. Here’s what a typical day looks like:
- Warmly greet guests at the Buoy Bowls truck(s) with a smile and positive energy
- Prepare bowls and smoothies with care, ensuring top quality and presentation
- Deliver legendary customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Share your knowledge of our menu, offering suggestions and answering questions to enhance each guest's visit
- Keep the truck(s) and commissary stocked, clean, and organized
- Educate first-time guests about what makes Buoy Bowls special
- Prep fresh produce to ensure a smooth daily service
- Open and close the Buoy Bowls truck(s) following our standards
- Always put the team and customers first, embodying Buoy Bowls' uplifting and fun culture
