Role & Responsibilities

As a Team Member at Buoy Bowls, you are responsible for executing the daily duties necessary to operate a thriving, fun, professional, and welcoming Buoy Bowls!

A Day in the Life

• Greeting guests at the Buoy Bowls truck(s)
• Making bowls and smoothies for each guest
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service to every guest
• Delivering a top-notch açaí bowl experience
• Offering suggestions and answering questions about the menu
• Stocking inventory and supplies on truck(s) and at commissary
• Maintaining cleanliness of the truck(s) and commissary
• Telling first-time guests about Buoy Bowls
• Prepping produce for each day’s service
• Opening and closing Buoy Bowls
• ALWAYS putting others first
• Maintaining and representing the Buoy Bowls uplifting and fun culture
• Leading by example, always.
• Representing and living the healthy and active lifestyle we passionately promote.

Compensation

• Hourly + TIPS
• Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Attend Monthly Team Meetings: 1 Team meeting per month; meeting is mandatory for all Team Members
  • Attend Quarterly Team Outing with all Team Members
• Possible Bonuses (monthly):
