Teamwork.



That’s the guiding principle I started Buoy Bowls with from day one.



Everybody ropes, everybody rides.



That’s how I’ve always led this company, and it’s how I always will.



No job or task is too small — or too big — especially for me as the owner. From scrubbing floors, to jumping on a truck and grinding through a busy shift, if it needs to be done, I’m not above it.



I learned a long time ago that leadership isn’t about titles… it’s about example. It’s about showing up, getting your hands dirty, and doing the work right alongside your team when needed.



Before I started Buoy Bowls, I was in sales, and our Area Vice President at ProBuild set the standard for me. On busy days, he would change out of his suit and into jeans and boots to help pull lumber and load trucks. Every time he did it, I made sure to tell him how much I respected him for that — and I wasn’t the only one. Every single hourly and salaried employee respected him because he led from the front.



That mindset is part of what has built this brand over the last 10 years.
And it’s the same mindset that will carry us into the next 10.
